1,000 DIASPORANS GATHER IN CENTRAL LONDON FOR “HANDS OFF TRAORÉ” MARCH



On April 30, 2025, 1,000 people marched through Central London in a powerful show of solidarity with President Ibrahim Traoré and the ongoing movement for African sovereignty. Protesters gathered to demand an end to French, American, and broader Western influence in Burkina Faso, the Sahel region, and across the continent. The demonstration was part of a global wave of coordinated action, echoing the call for African unity, self-determination, and liberation from neocolonial control.
