The Panasonic Lumix ZS45 has great features including a pop up screen and full 1080P HD video recording and uses a regular SD Card. While this may not be the best vlogging camera of 2016 (The actual best vlogging camera of 2016 is currently the Sony RX100 Mark V) it has all the basic features you need to get started vlogging on YouTube or doing travel videos.
