Let’s Establish something First

These ideas are more like businesses that you can actively run, while you still have a normal 9-5

And Something weird happens when you start something new

And its that it goes very well, because of the excitement and everything else

But I highly recommend two options

Only quit your job onces you’ve been making the same amout of money as your job for atleast 18 months to 2 years

Or quite your job only after you are making 3 times what you make at your

Real Estate Investor (1)

This is a long term strategy

You can strart of by using your extra income to buy rental property

Then you become a landlord

The goal is simple:

Make enouhg cash flow to be able to pay your bills and invest

If your bills are $2000 a month, and the properties make you $2000 a month

Don’t quit because not you have no money to keep investing and buying more

Become an Stock investor in 10 Year ( 2)

I told you all these ideas are long term

The idea is simple you keep working and try to invest hald of what you make in the market for 10 years

And after that you keep a job that’s about part time and then do what you want with the rest of your time

Example: on a 4k per month income

I invest 2k and live on 2K

In 10 years at 10% your money grows to 420k

Take 4% which is 16,800 for you and then keep a job to earn the standard deduction which is 12,950

Which gives you an income of nearly $30,000 a year and you work half the time you use to work and have an extra $500 per month to keep investing or enjoy

Start a Vending Machine Business

This is an idea that I like but I don’t like that much

Because vending machines are a little tricky and they are all about location

But I know a friend who had a job on the side and did this and now this is his main job

The way I would do it is like this:

Start the business and get to good amount vending machines that leaves me a good profit

Use the income to continue to invest in different places like property or stocks

And then onces I reach my goals, I can sell as a portfolio or continue until the lights go out

But I wouldn’t eat the money I make from it, since a business that we don’t know how long it’ll go on for

Open a Barbershop (4)

I choose a barbershop because you can sublease the space to a barber and charge them rent and you never have to cut any hair at all

Your job would be to maintain the property and to make sure everything is clean and running perfectly.

I have a friend that does this

The math for him

Each chair he had made him about 11k a year and he had 13 chairs

That’s over 100k without him having to cut hair

Buy a laundromat or Carwash (5)

These are businesses with the same concept.

They run themselves.
