5 Best Ways To Learn About Real Estate

So if you want to start investing in real estate, then you are obviously going to have to start learning about real estate, and in this video, I’m going to give you the best sources and resources to do so, that won’t end costing you 20k a 1 on 1 coaching session.

One big reason for me making this video, is to let you know that you don’t need to spend a bunch of money to be able to learn about real estate, there are a lot of free ways to do it

????Call Me????: https://bit.ly/30IBr0i

????Second Channel????: https://bit.ly/3c4sVPS

YouTube

Right now you are using youtube for something that most people never use YouTube for

And that’s for learning, and of course, it has a cost but the cost is pretty fair relative to what you get

You watch a video and a few ads, and you get info

Now here are the 2 channel that I recommend :

This channel, because this entire year, I’ll be dedicating the channel to real estate investing and I have a plan to buy 5 properties in 5 years

Biggerpockets, they have been making videos on real estate for the last 12 years

Books

Now most of us don’t realize but you can get books for free at your local library

And I know a guy that read a book a day on real estate for almost 100 days, and that show exited he was about real estate

Here is a great book on Real estate

The book on rental property investing by brandon turner

Link to 20 more books: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Best-Real-Estate-Books-Ever.pdf

Podcast ( biggerpockeys ) , the real estate guy show, just start real estate

o frankly don’t listen to any podcast on real estate or any at all the moment

I use to listen to a lot more when I had a commute or runs

But now I kinda stopped but I’m going to start back up at the gym

So two podcast that I got Recommnede by the book I recommended

Biggerpockets

The real estate guy show

Ps. Listen and learn, but don’t copy someone else strategy if they don’t aling with your goals. For me, im not interested in taking on a bunch of debt, but I am interested in learning the best ways to analyze deals and maintain them and so on

Blogs

Forums ( allow you to have conversations online )

Notice I left coaching out of it – it’s usually too expensive and you could instead use that money to go towards your next investment.

Courses ( I’ve taken a few )

By meet kevin and some of the ones that tai lopez had early on

My overall advice is this:

Do your research and keep learning and know what you want

But then, start to take action

Because learning without action is not going to benefit you

Also:

Don’t think that talking to a rich man is going to make you rich

All the information is public now and you can get it for the cost $15-20

You don’t have to pay thousands for a 1 on 1 meeting with anyone
