5 Things I Will Be Buying This Year

So everyone makes a video about things not to buy, but I really want a make a video about things that I’m planning on buying this year, now all these things are not investments honestly but they are things I can justify in some way.

Now I’ve thought about buying the older models of some of these thigns but my my uncle told me “ if you buy the newer model of something super realible, then you get what you want and you cacn also suck all the juice out of it “, so that’s also something I will be consider.

I will sahre the what, the reason and the price and also how long I plan on keeping things for. Now I can make a lot of plans but only God knows, so if it God wills it, so shall it be.

A New Car ( and by new ofcourse I mean New to me lol )

But I moved and I don’t have my own car currently and I’m using my moms car to move around

I’m looking for a car that can last 200-250k miles and the ones that fit that categoriy are Mazda, Hunda and Toyota

I’ve driving all 3 of them, and I have to say that my favorite has to be the Mazda

Currently My favorite is the Mazda CX5 and it goes for about $25,000 dollar here

Some models can go to 30k

And I could buy a regular for 20k here

But I rather spend the extra 5k and enjoy those ( I could keep the car for 5-10 years no problem )

Ps. Why not an sedan, if I lived in the US I would have no issue with a sedan, but here in Dominican republic you have a lot of dirt roads and the roads are just like they are in the US.

157 shares of the S&P 500 ETF or Index

If I can buy 157 that will mean I will own about 1,000 shares total

Which is just a random number but it would be a great goal to accomplish

Now just in DIV I can expect to get about $6 per share each year, and that’s about $6000 dollars a year in income which is great

How much will this cost:

This is going to cost $59,503 potentially which is a lot of money

But the benfit of living in domincan republic

Is that I can live on less than $1000 a month thus spend very little and have more for investing

My Goal with investing is to have about 1000 shares

Using the 4 rule that can generate $1000 per month NET Taxes

Which I more than enough

Donation to my Local Church

I won’t say the amount of money

But going to church you usually some need in the church and if not in the church in the world overall

So for me I want to make a donation to my church to help out with some stuff

Wedding Ring ( people usually don’t talk everything because you may jinx it)

But I think what ever God wills will happen.

And that is what it is

I wont give to much details but if you’ve been subscribed you’ve seem me talk about wedding cost and different types of diaminds, its how I do research lol

But overall Cost for something like this

I won’t be spending more than $500-1000 dollars

A lot of people go crazy and spend a ton of cash for ego purposes

But its really just a symbol

Maybe ( real estate )

Now here is the thing with the 60k I’ll have for investing

I could turn around and use it for buying a property that can make 7% on the low end a year

Aka $350 per month

But here Is the risk:

You have vacancies issues.

Liquidity issues, you can’t just sell a house in 10 seconds like a stock

And management issue in case I move.

A lot more work than stocks
