Accor remains in the black in the third quarter

Accor posted slightly higher results for the third quarter of 2025, thanks to strong performance in the luxury segment, despite an unfavorable basis for comparison following the Paris Olympics.

Accor’s revenue amounted to €1.37 billion for the third quarter of 2025, up 0.1% at constant exchange rates compared to the same period in 2024.

The French hotel group also recorded a 3.1% increase in management and franchise revenue, supported by robust commercial momentum and the expansion of its hotel network.

At the end of September, the group had 5,760 hotels, representing 859,830 rooms, and a pipeline of 250,000 additional rooms, following the opening of 77 new hotels, or 11,200 rooms, this quarter.

The Luxury & Lifestyle division and the United States in great shape

The Premium division, Midscale & Economy division recorded a slight decline of 1.1% in RevPAR compared to the third quarter of 2024, while the Luxury & Lifestyle division, the group’s growth driver, posted a 5% increase in RevPAR, thanks to the rise of high-end brands and the sustained performance of resort properties in Turkey, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates.
