(USBC) aimed at increasing access to certification programs, contracting opportunities and business development resources for small, minority and women-owned enterprises (M/WBEs) across the city. “Expanding our partner network is critical to the success of Baltimore businesses,” said Deputy Director Stephen?Campbell. “This partnership with the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. brings even more resources to our business community.” New Partnership Expands Training and Certification Access for Black-Owned Businesses Building on SMBA&D’s strong track record — including more than 135 annual webinars in collaboration with Truist Bank and the U.S. Small Business Administration — the newly formed collaboration will integrate USBC-led education sessions. It will also highlight national programs such as the ByBlack Certification Program, which offers no-cost certification to elevate Black-owned businesses. The session will be co-hosted by Alicea Gay and Deputy Director Stephen Campbell. They will introduce the ByBlack certification program.
