2. How Do I Play this Game

Wealth is what you don’t see : It’s the things that were never bought, First Class tickets, Foreign Cars, Fancy Wives and especially Fancy Homes

A Plan that doesn’t Need to Go as plan to work ( Room For Error ) : the Reason Jesse Went bankrupt a lot of the times, was because everything needed to go as plan for his plan to work ( I can’t even get to work as Plan because traffic )

Tail Events : Understand that only 20% of Events will give you 80% of the results, and you have to take advantage of them

So Here is My Personal Plan:

Investment Selection: 5 Stock ETFs and Index Funds ( that’s all I invest into ) – Diversification
How Much and When do I Invest: I invest 20% of my Income Ever Time I Get Paid ( for me Weekly ) – Dollar Cost Average

App I use: M1 Finance for Automation and Portfolio Rebalancing

3. Projections and How to Calculate Them : How Much is Enough

To Find out the Enough Number:

Add up your Monthly Expenses for the Future and Multiply by 12 months

Then Multiply again by 1.20 to give you 20% extra Money incase

And then multiple that number by 25 ( that how much you need in a portfolio )

For me its 2k a month, 24k a year, $28,800 for 20% extra and multiplied by 25 is $720,000
