Best and Worst High-Interest Savings Accounts in Canada 2025 🇨🇦

Happy new year! We are back with the 2025 edition of comparing high-interest savings accounts in Canada! Please note that the bank of Canada lowered rates again since this was edited so numbers are slightly off.

Today I will be comparing various high-interest savings accounts across Canada. Although this is not a way to generate meaningful wealth, it makes more sense to put your emergency fund and sinking funds in an account that generates some interest than no interest. I’ve been doing this video since 2020 and rates have really changed since then. I have organized this video by the highest advertised base (non-promotional) interest rate to the lowest.
