Now I want to start this video with honesty and transparency, a lot of the ideas in this video are not going to be easy, and I’ll give you 7 ideas in total.

1. Watches Resell Market

Here is the basic Idea:
– You will be buying use and preowned watches for a discount and you can actually even wear them and enjoy them for awhile
– After you are done, you can then go ahead and flip back on the watch market for a profit
– Now obviously depending on the watch you buy, you’re profit could be $50 -$200 to even more

But my tip is this:
– Always have a decent margin of safety

2. Reselling Market ( Flip phones, Facebook Items, and more)

Here is the basic idea:
– This is a demand and supply business, where repeat business is rare but reputation is still very important
– When buying a phone all you have to do, is find out what they sell for on eBay or the street and minus your cost of selling and minus the profit
– And that will tell you what price to buy for

Same Applies:
– For craigslist, goodwill, and thrift store items
– You’re job is to make sure things are selling before you buy it
– You don’t want to get stuck with an item

Tip: be nice and always go the extra mile for customers. But also be firm when negotiating.

3. Retail arbitrage ( non of that automatic amazon store nonsense )

The basic idea is this:
– you even went to a discount store and found items for cheap that go for a little more money on amazon maybe or other websites
– well the idea is that you go to these stores like ROSs, marshalls, and so on
– and you buy items brand new for a discount and ship them to amazon ( amazon will handle all the shipping and everything for you )

however:
– you need to have cash on hand to buy the items
– and until they sell, if they sell you will have to wait
– so keep that in mind

4. Stock Investing is still solid ( non of that day trading nonsense, or stock picking without research )

I recommend this:
– Invest no less than 20% of your income if you have no kids and 25% if you do have kids
– I use M1 Finance and I have a balanced portfolio of ETFs
– If you want to copy what I do, go-ahead

5. Buying and Selling Cars

Now the first way is the Luxury vehicle way:
– You buy a car for a decent discount that’s 3-5 years old
– You ride it for 1 year or 2 years
– And because these cars don’t depreciate that much, you can sell it for the market value and get all your money back ( but you got to enjoy it for a while )

Or the average car:
– You’re basically a broker, and you post ads and reach out to people saying you will pay cash for their car
– And usually, you can say you’ll pay more than the dealer
– And you buy the car for a solid discount and resell it back to someone else for a profit

Risky way with experience:
– You buy cars at an auction for dirt cheap prices
– And resell after you put in some work
– For a solid profit but you need a lot of experience

6. Van business

– Delivery service
– Cleaning business
– Portable car wash and more

7. Job Arbitrage ( quick gigs/job agency )

The basics:
– You find ad online looking for a certain type of person for a job
– You find contact and hire them for half the price or a portion of the price
– They do the work for you and you keep the difference
