TikTok May Be Banned in the United States. On Friday, July 31the President announced his intention to go forward with Banning TikTok in the US. The TikTok ban could be signed as early as this week and would mean TikTok would be removed from the App Store and disabled in the US.

3 Weeks ago there was speculation about a US TikTok ban, based on privacy and security concerns, but now it looks like a Tik Tok ban in the United States is imminent.
