Congress refuses to send checks in next stimulus package

Congress has already made it clear that the next stimulus package will not include checks written directly to citizens.

I don’t even know if the stimulus bill is going to be past, because our politicians don’t seem to be able to get anything done.

This, to me, reflects the difference between trickle down and trickle up politics that defines a dividing line in America.
