Meet guest of episode 054, Kelly Manthey:

Kelly Manthey is the Group Chief Executive of Kin + Carta Americas, a global digital transformation consulting firm built for the 2020s. In this role, Kelly leads and develops the Americas region, which makes up the largest portion of Kin + Carta’s revenue. She is responsible for overall regional performance, business operations, and executes the strategy, in parallel with collaborating with the global leadership team to define the long-term vision for Kin + Carta.

The proudest moment in Kelly’s career came when the Americas region received it’s B Corporation certification from B Lab, acknowledging Kin + Carta Americas as a triple bottom line business — one that places equal value on people, planet, and profits.

As a leader, Kelly practices mindfulness and empathy to keep herself grounded and compassionate to the needs of others in a high performance environment.

While her work keeps her curious mind energized, Kelly’s favorite and proudest roles have been being a mom and wife of fourteen years to Paul. She is a runner with three full marathons under her belt and enjoys reading, knitting, and cooking.
