Finance professor explains that Robinhood execs may have committed a crime



I’ve been analyzing the odd relationship between Robinhood, Citadel and the hedge fund Melvin Capital. While I am not one to be able to prove that Robinhood did something illegal, there are some very problematic events that have taken place that lead me to expect that after the SEC investigates Robinhood’s activity, someone might be facing criminal charges or at the very least, both Melvin Capital and Citadel will be facing a difficult challenge in civil court.
