Give This Up If You Want To Be Rich

If you want to have what I call EM ( enough money ), you’ll need to give up a few things, but if you do, you gain a lot financially. its like when Jesus says if you want to save your life you’ll lose it. Point being to gain a lot, you have to give up a lot; but once you achieve what it is you want, you’ll find no meaning in the things that you once gave such importance too.

No AM is just the idea of A lot of Money and EM is like I said before Enough Money

The problem with having a goal like, I just want a lot of money

You don’t have anything to shoot for, or anything to plan for its to broad

Here is my Advice:

Learn to live on 50-70% of your income

And spend a lot of time, trying to get that number lower and lower

One way is, eliminating debt and then your mortgage ( cost of living goes down)

Then the questions is:

How can I make enough to ccover these expenses

And don’t think living on less means living like a bum

I want to be even more extreme here

You don’t need any car that you cannot afford to pay for in cash, that’s how serious this is

Lets do example

The average runs for about 205k miles, so buying below 150k miles give you another 5 years of use if you drive 12k miles a year ( which gives you 5 years to safe up for something better )

Limit it within your cash budget

And remember back up cameras, and apple car play are things that can be added on later

Quick Story:

I remember my friend he had a hunda 2000 or something, and he drove It to college and I wasn’t impress

But my other friend had a mercedes, and it was so sexy, but she had car payments and my friend didn’t

And they both got to school on time

And you don’t need a fancy house

I’ll be extreme again, you should not buy a house you cannot afford to pay off in 15 years or less ( where you are only using a third of your income to do it )

This crazy because automatically, that means you cant buy a lot of house anymore

And the truth is you could never buy them, you could never own them, you just had the right to live them and hope in 30 years you own it

I visited my relatives house

His floors were marble, his ceilings were high and he lived in the center of everything ( what a lifestyle )

Then I went back to my little house, where the ceiling were low, the floors were old but the house was mine and fully paid for

While his, kept in locked into a mortgage for years to come

retirement standard of not working

you know why people look like raisings when they ritire, because they want to retire and never work again

but if you work hard and save, invest, and limit your spending

you can make enough passive income to work half of what you do today

Brand Vs Value ( Puma and Select )

I was a price Smart the equivalent of costco here is dominican repiblic

And I saw two brands select which is their brand and puma which is obviosuly puma
