Higher education doesn't always translate to higher income



In this clip we discuss the common misbelief that earning an advanced degree translates to higher income. Specifically for Black women, studies have shown that while Black women already learn .67 cents to every $1 their male counterparts earn, Black women PhD’s have an even greater pay gap (.65 cents).
