Im going to call my discover card and ask for a credit limit increase live. I’ll also break down exactly how much money to ask for and how to ask for the increase and make sure they say yes.

How I got a credit limit increase | live call

Before I tell Call here’s some Background
The Card: Discover it card
– $6,000 credit Line
Qualify:
– Over year
– Never missed a payment
– Haven’t ask for a credit increase
– Im using less 10% of the card line ( because the limit is so small)
– I have a pretty good Credit Score
– Plus my Income increase by 9k a month
How much to ask for and why:
– Im going to ask them to Match 10k card
– Or maybe a little more
Script:
– I’m a good customer
– I pay on time
– I often pay in full or more than the minimum
– I make more cash
– ( make it stick) I other cards and this is one of my lowest lines
Also: I Buy a lot of stuff in cash, I like the rewards, but lately I haven’t been able to use them, because its to low.

After Call:
Either Got it or Not
Will I keep using the Card ( not as much )
Baseline: 1%
My Spending: $600 bucks a month
Rewards: 6 dollars a month
Con: I don’t use a car for gas
I barely spend on groceries
Amazon is once a year
So: I might get a better Card, for Travel or a better Baseline
– Not going to spend more Cashback

But it’s Nice: to have extra cash available.
