First thing I want to establish ( where do I live ) – I live in the Dominican Republic – But this is not a location problem, living in Puerto Rico I did the same thing, and even in the New York – So before someone comments, that’s only because he lives in Dominican Republic epublic ( not true ) – Only because his single ( married ) – No kids ( yes but I’ll update the video when that time comes ) 2. Here are two major things that I don’t have that the average person does have First: – I want a Toyota Tacoma, turns out I don’t have $40,000 lying around – Turns out also I don’t want a $800 car payment each month – So I drive a paid-off Toyota Corolla that came with my wife – This saves us so much money, beucase we only have to worry about gas, insurance, and maintenance My first tip is this: eliminate car payments Second: We don’t have any Debt – I read in an article somewhere that the typical American spends about $1,583 a month on debt payments – That’s a lot of money – That I don’t have to make or pay beucase I have no debt 3. I live in a Normal Neighborhood – Where I live it is not fancy – It’s not a tourist area – It’s not even high-end (it’s normal ) My rent is: – I pay about $153 a month – But it’ll be going up to around 288 soon maybe because we are planning on moving soon potentially – But this makes a big difference – PS, in Puerto I owned my home so I paid $0 To get to the point where you can live on below the poverty line – A big factor is going to be housing – I recommend somewhere safe, boring and normal – Forgot about community activities, best school zone, 2m away from Walmart – Look for things that actually matter – Focus on owning the home ( once its paid off, life is so much easier ) 4. Stay vigilant Always – Know what you want – Know what you need – Always track your expenses or create a good system There are months; – Where we go over $1200 – Because we get irresponsible – But if we buckle up we can always stick to it * PRO TIP* INFORMATION IS EVERYTHING ????Patreon Exclusive???? https://www.patreon.com/tommybryson ????Merch???? https://teespring.com/stores/tommybryson ✅2 FREE AUDIOBOOKS✅ https://amzn.to/2Enayo8¬¬¬ ????ACORN FREE $5????
