hiii! todays video is a week of workouts, most are home based apart from one day I used the hotel gym, there’s lower body workouts, pilates, yoga and a little cardio. throughout the video I talk about my fitness journey & about not losing motivation to workout, why I quit my gym membership, building healthy relationships with exercise and your body and lots more. hope it’s helpful!! love you xxxxx
