How i Started Dropshipping With No Money | Without Shopify

In this video, I’m going to break down how I started dropshipping with no money and made over 20k per month by putting in 2 hours a day of work.

1. How I started step by step
– My first job was finding someone that made a lot of money by doing it and had a course
– I found a guy named Paul J Lipsky, he was making 150k per month in sales and a profited 15-20k per month, without including courses sales ( so I got his course and took it one night and here’s what I learned)

My Method:
– I was dropshipping items from Amazon on eBay
– Example: I have amazon prime, I would find products from amazon and list on eBay for a profit
– When they sold, I would use my amazon account and ship it to them and keep the profits

Stealing store: Where I found the products
– Its mess up but it’s business
– I would type in products on eBay and find people that where also drop shippers, it’s easy to tell by the pictures and how many items they have listed
– Once I knew they were dropshipping I would go their page and see what they sold the most and I would steal it from them

2. How I Made Money with no money: Amazon gift cards, credit cards, and cashback
– To clarify I had money, I just didn’t want to spend it on dropshipping

What I did:
– I made sure that the Paypal account was in good standing, because back then eBay only used PayPal, although now they’re making their own payment method.
– SO once my PayPal was good I could transfer money back and forth very fast

Step By step:
– I would buy the items with a credit card, and then pay the credit card off every week
– Well I used the amazon credit card, and I got back 5% every time I bought something on amazon
– SO imagine me making 20k in sales and just from cashback, keeping $1000

Tip: this Is risky because of something went wrong I could have maxed out my credit card, and potentially pay interest on it

3. How I AUTOMATED it: Hired a VA to do all the work
– When I first started, it would take me a few hours a day to order stuff and put up the listings
– But… then I found out about virtual assistance

Details:
– I hired people from the Philippines and also Iraq
– I paid them $2-$4 an hour
– And then did all the work for me and that’s I automated it

4. Why did I stop?
– One thing you learn is that as a dropshipper you’re never in control
– In December eBay made policies to blacklist drop shippers
– So you would go from 20k in sales to 1k or a month

5. Is it still alive, YES
– Now people are using Amazon to dropship on
– Which is more tricky but still solid
– And it might change again
