How to Grow your YouTube Channel Fast ( first 1000 subs )

1. Understand The Algothrms on Youtube ( NSC)
– Youtube is just google but with videos
– And its just tv without any limits
– unlimited competition and unlimited content ( it’s a perfect storm )

The Basic Idea: 3 important things ( NSC; which I also just made up)
– Niche: Your channel needs to be about one topic when you first start. Money, Funny, Challenges or pranks. ( make sure you like that topic)
For example:
– A lot of YouTuber are too creative and assume that everyone cares about what they care about ( but that’s not true)
– If you want to do multiple types of vides then make multiple types of channels
– And usually, you’ll realize its to much work and just stick with one topic ( remember topics are big though ) Money also means, taxes, budgets, jobs, laughing at people financial decisions

– SEO optimization: this is what’s going to help people find your content
For example:
– This means you optimize your video with keywords that people are going to use when searching for your videos
– For example, the Titles has keywords, the video has tags and the description has keywords
– Popular search terms people use ( for my channel its Money, passive income, budgets, and all that good stuff )

– Click rate and Watch time: this clicking on your video once youtube shows your thumbnail and people actually watching the entire video
For example:
– Youtube doesn’t want to show a video no one is going to click on ( so your thumbnails have to be on point – use other popular thumbnails as inspiration for yours
– Make your content like a movie where people want to watch more than 30 seconds worth
– Youtube cares because this means for revenue

2. PPC and how it works ( for marketing people this usually mean Pay Per Click but that’s not what it means for me)

Promote ( in the video and outside the video )
– When you first start uploading videos tell everyone about it
– and when you make content always promote your other videos, ask about videos people want to see, and also remind people to subscribe ( people forget )
– Even if you don’t get comments when do start getting comments it’ll make a difference
– You don’t have to pay for this, because as you keep growing youtube will promote you more also ( but if you have the money you could do the Tai Lopez method and pay Per Click)

Patient ( Something a lot of people lack )
– I say this all the time, Youtube is great for making money but it’s not great if all you want is money
– Because for the few months or the first years, you’ll be doing it for free
– That’s why it’s so important you pick a niche you actually like
– Give your channel at least 18 months ( that’s what I did )

Create a lot of content (accept you won’t be good at it at first and Give people value)
– Stop treating the audience like a money bag and give them value every video
– And stop treating your videos like an art piece and just focus on making more content and solving the problem
– You start with One Video week, and then work up to 5 videos every week: depending on the niche, I’m a big fan of daily content

– The entrepreneur roller-coster by Darren hardy
– And invest in a course also potentially
