I CLOSED MY FIRST MOBILE HOME DEAL IN 6 DAYS!!!

I closed my first mobile home deal 🥳 It took me 6 days to close this deal but in reality, it took 6 months. I started this mobile home investing journey in March and I can’t tell you the number of times I was frustrated, annoyed, and OVER IT, but everything happens when it’s supposed to happen🌱

Moral of the story:

1. Invest in your self-education: I paid $$$ to learn. The game is to be sold not told.
2. Do the work: these past 6 months, I learned so much from deals falling through, people, and mobile homes in general.
3. Be patient: Nothings happens on my time. The only thing I can control is the seeds I plant.
