I Don’t Like Drama But This Out Of Control

I don’t like Drama but some people on the interenet literally make me want to throw up, legit. Because they say things in a certtain but they don’t tell you tell the full story.

Theirs a certain someone on Social media, that uses his presence to mislead a lot of people, I wont say his name. But my job is for you to be ready.

First I want you guys to know somethings

Just because some has a private yet

Shows a lot of money on videos that happens to fake the way

Has a good body

Is around well know people

It doesn’t mean the advice you get from them is good advice

And btw just because someone is selling you something it doesn’t mean they are bad either

Be careful:

Some people are genuinely stupid and have the best intentions

And they suck into a bunch of problems you didn’t even know you could get yourself into

My point is, I don’t know if its one purpose but its still stupid

The advice you want to look out for

These people usually use someone Big like Dave Ramsey

And say that if you listen to Dave its because you don’t understand money

That Dave is boring, outdated and the returns are to little

Cash Out your Retirement Account

Average American Retires with 255k in retirement

To retire with that much you have been investing in 48 a month for 40 years meaning that’s not good

Don’t pay off your home ( you’ll put your money in jail )

A home is not an investment and I agree

But a home is an asset to lower your cost of living

Take Equity, Take retirement and invest it with me

Here a real plan and its basic stuff, its not rocket science

Pay off your debt

Save for emergencies

Invest while you payoff a hjome on a 15 years mortgage that’s no more than 33% of your per month net income

Keep investing and keep working

Dave isnt perfect

Snowball is not that good ( avalanche Better )

Mutual funds actively ( I like index funds more )

One last thing:

All these people that claim to be retired

Are still working online literally
