YOUTUBE I Gained Back All The Weight I Lost AdminDecember 22, 2023045 views Last time you guys saw I weighed around 160 pounds and ran a marathon in 4 hours and 27 minutes, and the last time before that I weighed around 205lbs, which made me 100% obese. And today as you see me I weigh an average of about 175lbs that’s 15lbs more than you saw me last time and 30 lbs less than I was obese ????Call Me????: https://bit.ly/30IBr0i ????Second Channel????: https://bit.ly/3c4sVPS ????????????Financial Freedom Course????????????$100 OFF CODE: LONGTERM Link: https://longtermteam.teachable.com/p/financial-freedom-steps-from-nothing-to-freedom ????MY M1 FINANCE PORTFOLIO???? Now obviously this takes a lot of discipline. – So my nights would end at 9pm and my days would start at 5am – This gave me great results for what I needed which was to be a better runner to have a well tuned machine for a body – As a secondary result I also kept healthy However here is what they don’t tell you – My feet look like crusty raisins because of all the running, a thick cellist starts to build up – my knees would hurt and so would my body if I didn’t do consistent stretching. – I went from doing exercise to get healthy to doing it to maintain my physic and you can become a salve if you are not careful Ps. Don’t think I’m telling you or giving an excuse to stop working out, but unless you are going to be or want to be an athlete that level of activity isn’t really needed 2. Looking back to the Past – The reason I got so fat and obese was simple – I neglected my body and went on autopilot. – I eat super large portions without thinking about calories in and calories out – And I live a very inactive lifestyle, all I did was work from a chair. Here are the biggest mistakes I made – Not understanding calories in and calories out – Not looking in the mirror and being honest ( you know you’re fat and you know its not good ) – Procrastinating to make big chances instead of starting small Those were the big mistakes I made that caused me to gain all that weight 3. What do these 15lbs mean? – These days I rarely run – I rarely count calories – I work out 3 times a week at the gym My goal is simple: – Eat a good diet Monday to Friday and then have a cheat day – Because I know I love food I try to enjoy the food I like and then stop eating after a certain time to go into intermediate fasting – For the last year 4-6 months, its what I’ve been doing and it’s been working just find My plan: – Its to stick around 170lbs and build some solid muscle – And do forms cardio sometimes like walking, basketball, and things I like – But for me I don’t need that level of work because I want health ( and that’s not needed ) You made it all the way to the end: – The answer is, that I’m not gaining back all the weight because I’m still high an alert – But I won’t be running marathons anymore because that’s not my goal – But I will keep active because it is important * PRO TIP* INFORMATION IS EVERYTHING ????1 on 1 Talk + My Budget + Stock Investments???? https://www.patreon.com/tommybryson ????Merch???? https://teespring.com/stores/tommybryson ✅2 FREE AUDIOBOOKS✅ https://amzn.to/2Enayo8¬¬¬ ????M1 FINANCE $10???? https://m1.finance/37SHd4241z-N ????ACORN FREE $5????
