Indiana Landmarks Black Heritage Preservation Program Grant Awarded to Lyles Station Historic Preservation Corporation


The Lyles Station Historic Preservation Corporation has been awarded a grant of $3,749 from the Indiana Landmarks Black Heritage Preservation Program.

Officials say the grant will support the organization’s ongoing efforts in organizational and revenue stream development, board training, succession planning, and general strategic planning.

Lyles Station is a historic African American settlement in Princeton.

Through education, outreach, and preservation initiatives, the organization works to honor the legacy of the community and its residents.
