Investing and supporting your local community

In episode 3 of Money on the Table, Julien and Kiersten travel to Tulsa, OK, home of the historic Black Wall Street. While there, we meet with author and financial planner Kevin Matthews II to talk about investing, the history of Tulsa, and how our views on cryptocurrency have changed over the years.

For communities like Tulsa, supporting black-owned businesses is critical in reversing the alarming racial wealth disparities. So we do our part, by supporting three in this episode. First, our conversation starts at Fulton Street Books & Coffee and progresses to lunch at Sisserou’s Caribbean Restaurant. Then, as we tour the Greenwood District, we stop for popsicles at Frios Gourmet Pops on Main Street.
