YOUTUBE Losing YouTube Money? How COVID19 is CRUSHING YouTube Monetization! ???? AdminAugust 10, 2023076 views YouTube Money is something creators are stressed about and YouTube Monetization is being heavily impacted during this crisis. Creators are seeing their Youtube Money in Ad Revenue descrease despite getting more views on YouTube. This is absolutely worse that the YouTube Adpocalypse and any YouTube Demonetization issue that has happened before, since it doens’t just effect YouTube money in terms of Ads but also Affilaite Marketing and Brand Deals… Imagine getting more views on YouTube videos only to see your YouTube Money decrease by 40% or more? The impact of the crisis on YouTube Monetization is something most creators are not talking about becausde of fear of being demonitized on YouTube or because they don’t wan to sound privileged. But I’m going to tackle the issue of Youtube Money directly and explain to you why not only YouTube Monetization from Adsense but how this affects nearly every way to make money on YouTube as a content creator. 01 YouTube Monetization and Ad Revenue Advertising is supply and demand and it’s also a bidding war. Because of the crisis less people are spending, this means that advertisers don’t want to spend money on marketing to people who can’t buy anything, so less competition. Lack of competiton for the remaining advertiers (in some industries) lowers the price of buying ads. The increase in YouTube traffic means there is more inventory for ads but less ads and at a lower rate… so some YouTube creators, mostly in entertainment are competing heavily for something that is in short supply and cheaper than usual. Other niches that are tied to resession proof industries or are getting an increase in search traffic are seeing their YouTube money increase. 02 Affiliate Marketing on YouTube Affilliate Marketing is something I’m known for when it comes to how I earn my Youtube Money. Affiliate Marketing can give you an alteranate revenue stream and make you less dependent on YouTube Monetization. However with Amazon being the biggest affiliate marketing platform YouTuber use, it has reduced payouts in several categories that mean some YouTubers will earn 50% less money than normal for their affiliate markting comissions. Other programs besides Amazon have also cut their affiliate marketing program payouts down as well. However since software as a service comapnies (the ones I tend to work with) tend to be more recession proof and see low churn, and now with more people working from home, some are seeing a spike instead of a reduction. 03 Merchandise Sales on YouTube YouTube Money from merch and print on demand sales are harder to promote during this time and may be considered incensitive since they are not essential and people are struggling financially. This puts YouTube creators in an akward situation if they make content that normally is Demonetized for not being advertiser friendly and rely on either merchandise or donations. 04 Brand Deals and Sponsorship One of the ways most full time YouTubers make their YouTube Money is through Brand Deals and Sponsorships. With marketing budgets slashed and economic uncertaintly some brands are not doing influecners marketing, and the ones that are will be very conservative and double down on established creators rather than try something new. #YOUTUBETIPS #ROBERTOBLAKE #YOUTUBEMONEY WHAT I USE TO SHOOT MY VIDEOS(Affiliate) https://amazon.com/shop/creatorgearguide Get 2 FREE Audio Books https://robertoblake.com/audible $100 Start Up (Book) https://amzn.to/2Ji8pfl I Will Teach You To Be Rich (Book) https://amzn.to/2wwxpNj OTHER VIDEOS FOR MAKING MONEY ONLINE Start Freelancing https://youtu.be/9BKM7AAT2Tc Amazon Affiliate Marketing for Beginners https://youtu.be/eLRii5PTGhQ 10 Websites to Make Money Online https://youtu.be/EBKXZCu5syY Start Affiliate Marketing as a Small Influencer https://youtu.be/BgzDpjGuszs CONNECT WITH ME ONLINE Roberto Blake Tweets by robertoblake https://instagram.com/robertoblake SEND ME FAN MAIL AND STUFF 725 PONCE DE LEON AVE ATTN WEWORK Roberto Blake 2nd Floor Atlanta GA, 30306 Roberto Blake is a Creative Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker and YouTube Certified Educator.
