My Secret Plan to make 1 Billion

today I’m going to tell you exactly how I plan on doing it in 5 steps. Btw this is going to be hard but it doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

1. Freedom: 20s to get financial freedom
– This is the most important part and willing to take my time to achieve this
– This the part where I make sure I have enough money coming passively to where I never have to worry about being broke
– The worst thing is trying to make a decision when you might be homeless if you mess up

How I’m Doing this:
– I’m using ETFs currently to build up my investment portfolio ( once it’s up to 1-2M dollars that can then pay all my bills just with dividends)
– I also plan on buying a home for cash, car for cash: and that way the largest expenses in life can be covered with literally a McDonalds salary
– Then once that’s completed and so far its 28% completed, I’ll move on to 5-10 real estate properties for diversification and more cash flow

Tip: if you want to invest the way I do, I have a link to m1 finance and I recommend you invest 10% minimum and 50% if you want to be aggressive with your net pay.

2. Build wealth: Collect assets ( real estate and more ETFs and stocks )
– I want to spend this time collecting assets the same way I collected liabilities when I was a teenager
– Instead of jordans, iPhones, PlayStation 5s and so
– I will spend my time collecting real estate, more ETFs, and also more individual stocks

My Goal:
– I want to average a return of around 20% in the stock market ( with a 100k-200k budget) – I’ll do this by selecting stocks as my heroes did
– Then I want to collect 1-2 property a year, and pay close to cash for them ( that way its cash flow from the start, who know might even creat Reits one day) – my market will be the 300k -400k real estate market
– And with the profits from the real estate, I’ll buy more stocks, more real estate, and more ETFs ( until I hit 5M on ETFs then I stop completely)

Overall: just by focusing on those three things, I can create a massive amount of wealth through capital allocation: and even when some years I fail, I don’t have to worry, because I have a massive cushion.

3. Build Business ( buying an insurance company for profit)
– Estimating this is going to come around age 40-60
– It took warren buffet around 66 years before he finally bought a Geico ( the insurance company)

Why I want to do this:
– because then I can use the large premiums pools for my benefits and investing
– and because with insurance the odds are always in my favor
– the risk will also be managed correctly

tip: however I do understand that in 30 years the world could be a different place and the way we use insurance today would also not exist. But I’m betting it will.

4. Develop: build hospital and schools
– Now this is the lower leg of my plan and what I actually always wanted to do
– Hopefully, by the time I can do it, its no longer needed
– The goal is to democratize education and information ( basically everyone access to the same information )

My Plan:
– I’ll build hospitals ( that take my insurance and don’t have crazy prices )
– I’ll Build Schools ( with new curriculums, where people graduated with instant earning potential)
– And I will make it all for profit ( because although people are nice and want to help, usually people want to help more when theirs something in it for them)

Tip: in the end, this is a great plan, and my life goal: but I also understand that life can happen. ( so that’s why I share because maybe one of you if im not around will steal this idea)

5. Build a succession plan
– I want to build a boat where even if an idiot drives it, they cant crashed it
