My very first YouTube video ????

???? Throwback Thursday Alert! ????

Hey there, Money Talkers! Today, I’m taking you all on a little trip down memory lane. Remember my very first YouTube video on Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) 5 years ago? No? Well, let me refresh your memory with this gem: https://loom.ly/iJxc3mI ????

Ah, the memories! When I hit “record” for the first time, I was a bundle of nerves and excitement. I knew HSAs inside out, but sharing that knowledge in front of a camera? It was a whole new world. I was used to being behind-the-screen blogging. There were so many mistakes, but I ended up leaving the bloopers in the final video ???????? Who wants to do all that editing?!

But beyond the bloopers and the initial awkwardness, there was a deep motivation. I wanted to demystify HSAs for everyone who, like me, was trying to navigate the complex world of healthcare savings without losing their mind. The encouragement and feedback from all of you turned that nervous energy into passion, driving me to dive even deeper.

Fast forward to today, and what a journey it’s been! From those early days of YouTube videos to now being a podcaster and speaker on all things finance, it’s been an incredible ride.

Since that first video, I’ve learned so much—not just about HSAs but also about the power of community and sharing knowledge. It’s been a journey of growth, laughter, and a few too many cups of tea.

Now, I want to hear from YOU! Whether it’s your first blog post, video, podcast episode, or any other venture, share your stories of beginnings, challenges, and how far you’ve come. Let’s celebrate our journeys and the lessons we’ve learned along the way.

Here’s to looking back at where we started and to all the places we’re yet to go! ????
