New Creative Hub Opens in Colonie: Pinpoint Tattoo Studio & The Black Wall Gallery 

NewsJanuary 21, 2026The Pinpoint Tattoo Studio and The Black Wall Gallery, located in Rosewood Plaza, is the realization of a lifelong passion for owner and artist Celtae Flint, who sought to establish a space rooted in artistic integrity, client care, and personal expression. Beyond its professional tattoo services, the location serves as a community-focused art space through The Black Wall Gallery, which hosts events and exhibitions featuring local artists from across the Capital Region. The move to Rosewood Plaza was intentional, chosen for its visibility, accessibility, and expanded space, which allows for enhanced creative programming. Following a spirited community countdown—3, 2, 1, cut!—the ribbon was officially severed, marking a new chapter for Celtae and her team. Attendees spent the remainder of the afternoon enjoying tours of the new studio and gallery while networking with the artists. The Capital Region Chamber was proud to facilitate the official ribbon cutting.
