In this tutorial I will teach you how to whiten teeth in Photoshop, you can follow this tutorial even if you are using Photoshop CS3-CS6.

The tools used in this tutorial are the Pen Tool and the Hue and Saturation Adjustment Layer.

Step 1: Using the Pen Tool with your option set to Path, make points to create a selection of just the teeth, making sure you avoid the lips and gums.

Step 2: Once you have closed your Pen Path, Make A Selection from your Path.

Step 3 Once you have your selection, in the Layers Panel options Select Adjustment Layers and Select a Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer

Step 4 Use the Slider for the Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer to reduce the Saturation on the teeth until they are a natural white.
