Revealing My ACTUAL Net Worth

Today I’m going to show you guys networth and how I built over the years, now currently I’m 23 years old but I have been working since was 11 years old, on and off.

11-12: $1000 bucks ( why ) the Virgin Islands | Job at the supermarket, Selling my lunch, paper plans, and illegal Movie DVDs ( i got the idea from a lady that did it) – sold them each for $10
– I think I sold like maybe 2-3 because back them most of the movies were recorded with a cam and the quality was bad
– Plus I only work these days to buy things I wanted to buy
– My mom and I had an agreement, I would get 1 game per year, and that was the call of duty, so I hustle for whatever game I wanted.

15-16: $1000-$2000 (why) New York High School
– during 13-14 I was just in Puerto Rico and I didn’t really do much but play Call of Duty ( and scream in a microphone)
– That’s when I got the US and got exposed to consumerism on another level.
– I did some flipping during this time to extra money, but again I just made enough money to buy what I wanted and call it day.

17-19: 20k (Why) New York College ( Gap, Work-Study, Flipping, Vlogging)
– During this time, I had a good period and a bad period
– With all the extra money I could look even cooler ( I bought 2 sneakers a week)
– And then I maxed out my house at work-study, Gap season ended, and I didn’t have that much except for 5k investment that paid me $60 bucks per week.

Then: When I was broke but looked like I had some money, things clicked and I stopped.
– The Gucci broke (an obvious sign
– I sold all the sneaker I had and kept 10-12, I had over 23 guys
– And I started to focus on saving and investing ( so I read every single day about it )

How: when my work-study came back, I save more money(5k), and I had the 5k, and then I got a 10k dollar loan. ( student loan in cash)

20-21: 40k (Why) Out of College – working at Gym Co, Accounting and Promessary notes, I also lost my dad during these years ( and I stopped making videos)
– Once I graduated I applied for 0 accounting jobs ( I didn’t want to get one, I was scared if I got a job, I would stay in it forever)
– So when I got the job at the gym co Data entry: they paid me $480 a week for something
– Plus my business was paying me around $220-$1410 a week
– All the money I made, I reinvested it ( to help more clients, do promissory notes and flip some stuff on the side)

Then: I remember 3 things from this time period
– I sold all my camera equipment because was frustrated
– I spend 3 hours on a bus from Monday-Friday getting work
– I lost my dad ( it was the worst feeling ever)

But the Last Conversation we had: he told me that if I wasn’t happy doing what I was doing to do what made me happy, and that was youtube. So I bought all the equipment, quit my job, kept my business.

22: 100k (why) Learning and Sharing period | by this point my business was making me 6k per month net, and youtube 3k per month. ( but I was set when I started seeing youtube increase, to slowly make an exit from the other business) – it’s a tool I love Accounting and helping, but I’m not using it the way that makes me happy.

23: 247k Networth: two things are happening here: I’m slowly exiting my business and focusing a lot more on youtube. ( I post every day, but I want to create my second channel, courses to help more, and personal line to talk to you guys directly) – and all the money I make, I take 5% and have fun with it for 3 months, the other 95% goes towards investment and taxes, and from other biz, it goes directly to my Investments also.

Overall:
– It took me a while to find what I was good at, but I always knew I wanted to do this
– And I don’t plan on stopping and unless something crazy happens
– And that’s why I have life insurance.
