The 3 steps to becoming a Millionaire, and remember only 3% of the population actually goes on to become millionaires.

So im, not a millionaire yet but I model self after mentor that’s also my family, and this man multi-millionaire and makes well over a million dollars every year. What does he do, his a merchant.

– What has he taught me, well he should be a way to go from $60 a week 4 years ago to now be making a little over 15k every month, which is a lot more than $60 a week.
– But overall: If he told me, Tommy I’ll give you 1m or 3 pieces of info that could make you wealthy, I would go with knowledge.

Now: The why is the most important thing ( it fuels you when your not getting results)

But the what you do to get their ( is just as important)
And when: just set goals but don’t focus too much on the when this is a long hard game, that’s why less than 3% of the population make it.

The 3 steps to becoming a Millionaire

1. Skill Selection: By far the most important thing and the most neglected by the educational system and most people

What I mean: When you go to college your selecting a skill, that you’re going to do for the next 5-10 years. And people give this decision that will affect their lives for 10 years little to no thought.
– I don’t like math so I won’t do account: but accounting is only 10% MATH
– Im going to be a lawyer: but thought you didn’t like school
– Im going to business management: that degree gets paid close to minimum wage

How to Select a skill (three Ingredients)
– Do you like it
– Are you good at it
– Would people pay for that skill

Example:

Tip: the only way to figure out what your skill should be, is by experimenting

Pick a skill with no ceiling when it comes to earning potential, but if you love your job, focus skill that could upgrade your position and also your income.

2. Marketing: If no one knows about your skill and what you offer, then how can they buy.
Btw: for everyone saying my work will market itself, your wrong. It won’t, and if people don’t know they often don’t care, even they know they don’t care. ( so it’s technique)

Example: 2 ways to market
Organic: Use every tool that often involves time to get the word out
1. Tell all your friends
2. Contact blogs that match what you do
3. Build a brand, on social platforms and content to drive organic traffic
Paid:
– Do it yourself, take a course on how to do marketing and read some books
– Or higher someone ( but I always recommend you know the basics before hiring someone, that way you know how everything works)

Real-Life Example:
Imagine Grant Cardone: cool guy and get a lot of flags but he knows how to market and how to fill a stadium with 10k people.
– And he connected with Kevin Heart to boost marketing also.

Tip: You have to put in the work if you don’t have the cash, no excuses.

3. Can you make Money, Sales

What I mean: have you ever seen people with great skill, and great marketing but poor sales. ( yeah I see that on youtube people spending money on ads but make no sales)

If you have a good skill, you can market, then you have to close ( and that’s sales)

The Only Tip: Reputation is everything, so whatever your selling make sure you stand behind it. Because you can lose everything in a snap of figure.

– Goal Setting and objectivity ( if its working keep doing it… if it’s not then reconsider how to fix it or move on)
