When Susan Yara founded Naturium, she made the same assumption. And her marketing just wasn’t working. About a year later, she pivoted to nano influencers—small but very passionate creators. Some of them had never worked with a brand before. And that’s when, she says, “we really started to soar.”
It can be tougher to find these small influencers, but Susan says getting their true, authentic feelings about the brand is the best influencer marketing tactic right now.
