Fancy Car

You know why toyotas don’t cost that much money to repair

Because there are so many of them and so many third party parts

They are also built to the last obviously

Its why the maintence cost annually is about $441 bucks a year or $37 a month

However lets say you want a fancy car

Bmw : $750 – $1200

Mercedes : $600 – $1200

Range rover about 1258 bucks

Also these are built to last 200-300k miles no problem

Toyota

Honda

Mazda

House

One of the biggest money bits Is a house you cant afford it

It is stressful

And costly

Here are some basics:

Furniture

Inruance

Taxes

Repairs

Remodels

Hvac

Paint

And the actual loan of 30 years if you didn’t get a 15

Boggy Friends or romantic relationships

I had friends in the pass that needed to go out every weekend and sometimes didn’t even have cash, so I would have to cover for them

Or dating a fancy girl that thinks she’s a princess.

This can cost so much money

Often:

These relations aren’t real and are not genuine

The minute you stop spending that’s the minute they disappear

Subscriptions

Auto pay is great for things you know you need and will continue to pay for

Like your internet bill and your phone bill

But memberships, especially gym, and trials ( they can be a headache to cancell)

People spend more than $200 a month on these

Bulk groceries

You think your savings, but a lot of folks just end up throwing away most of it

If I buy cheese and it’s to much, It will literally go bad and moldy

Better to buy small portions

Shopping for things you don’t need.

You can never save money when you buy something you don’t need.
