The rent trap in America

I find it amazing that most people pay more money in rent than their landlord pays in the mortgage.

We then pay these amounts for 10 or 20 years, effectively buying the landlord a house.

The landlord can then pass these assets to his children, and our kids have to start all over with nothing.

Real estate is an incredibly important part of wealth building. So if we were able to invest for our children at an early age, they can enter into the economic game fully prepared to become landowners by the age of 21.

This would increase wealth in our community by several trillion dollars within one generation.

I have a free e-book on my $5 dollar a day plan at BlackMoneyMinute.com.
