Upstart Maine connects entrepreneurs and resources

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – The annual Upstart Maine Innovation Nights was in Bangor Friday.

The event showcased multiple Maine entrepreneurs and their projects.

A panel of experts also held a discussion.

Entrepreneurs had table showing of their project and they each got to make a presentation for the room.

The event aims to foster connections between entrepreneurs while also connection people to resources in the area.

Susan Mackay the President of Upstart Maine said “You really want to as an early stage business, to have networking events, have places where you can make connections in more of a dense sort of event. By show casing and bringing events like this together were really allowing people to network with like minded people that potentially can lead either directly or through a connection to resources that they need.”
