US-23 bridge repairs over Black Mallard River begin May 28


ALPENA, Mich. – The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $562,215 to make repairs to the US-23 bridge over the Black Mallard River in Presque Isle County. Work will include railing replacement, concrete beam repair and substructure patching.
