Ben Bowden tell his story about growing up in the tough streets of Lynn, MA to becoming a Big Leaguer.

Ben Bowden was a key contributor to the VandyBoys success in his 3 year career. He is known for being a force coming out of the bullpen for the Commodores. Though he started a few games as a Junior, ultimately coming in to close the game was his fortè. Due to his consistency and reliability, Ben was drafted in the second round by the Colorado Rockies in the 2016 MLB Draft.

Explore his journey from being homesick the first week on campus, overcoming obstacles during his freshman season, Winning a National Championship in 2014, to his Big League Debut on April 2, 2021 with the Rockies. Currently Pitching in the Philadelphia Phillies Organization.
