Show initiative, be prepared, and offer something unique to the conversation or workplace.

➡️Mentorship, Humility, and Giving Back: Be open to mentorship, both as a mentor and a mentee. Share your knowledge and experiences with others, especially younger professionals who can benefit from your guidance.
