Why the music industry is like a tale of two cities:

City #1: shiny lights, stars, the goal is to become the next superstar.

City #2: less shiny lights, but people music on their terms. No desire for commercial gain.

City #1 gets all the attention (and all the funding).

City #2 is often overlooked and underserved.
