So these 10 lessons about money, I learned them in about 6 years, and I Still learning how to apply them to my life, but my life is definitely better because of them. When I started I was Negative Broke, you know what that is. Its someone that has no money, but owes a bunch of money, and when ever they get paid it all goes to the bills or creditors. Today I have Paid Home, $1000 in passive income from the stock market and working on buying my next property after I’m done with this one. So I hope these lessons help you achieve your own version of success.

You ever heard about the stages of success, first they laugh at you, then they challenge you, then they appreciate you and then set you as an example. This will happen as you learn and live by these lessons in this video. People will tell you that you have changed, that you’re different, that you’re cheap, that only the rich can be rich, but if you keep going you can do it.

1. Don’t Be Average with Money or In Life

Want to know why?
The average person is Paycheck to Paycheck
Has less than $1000 in a checkings
And doesn’t have enough to retire

The problem:
When the majority is doing things incorrectly
That voice is the loudest one, so you have to learn how to ignore people advice, life and outlook on life
I was always respectful when listening to broke people, but I listened to know what not to do ( btw you obviously we are people, we are no superior than any other person, but some people are obviously better than others at different stuff )

2. Don’t Work Hard for Money ( let Money Work for you )

My grandpa my real grandpa had a laundry mat he worked in it, had a parking lot he worked in it, had a job he worked in it ( he never believed in passive income )

The only passive income he ever got was from the multi family he owns, and that was only good to help with the mortgage

Truth is:

Invest money into a retirement Account

Investing into a Real estate property

In investing into a passive business

3. Money For Vices

Benjamin franklin once said “ what maintains one vice would bring up two children “

I mean cigarettes, alcohol, women, lottery tickets and all that nonsense that doesn’t help you

4. Tackle One Problem at a Time

Doing to much at once, usually means not getting anything done

My System is this:

Budget First: take what you make and what you spend ( track it, remove what you don’t need and keep what you do)

5. Set up a System ( to make discipline easy )

I struggled with saving money and investing

So I automated so I don’t have to convince myself every month

6. Its Never to Late to Start
Start by learning first, practice and Do
My favorite quote ever is “ if you think investing is expensive, wait until you get the bill for not investing “

7. Choose your Friends Wisely ( you’ll become the Average of them )

9. Be Nice to yourself

10. Don’t take Blindly Take Advice

Always ask yourself, does that person have the life that I want
