I’ll try to be as though rough as though I was filming a tutorial or something Flipping Phones $1000 dollars is a lot of money for this and I don’t recommend it You can start with like $500 or even less honestly Strategy: Look at phones that are like 2 to 3 generations older ( I like iPhone they hold up value more and people love them too, those easier to sell ) but use common sense Look at the price that they are selling for on ebay Then factor in ebay fees, plus shipping , plus your profit and that’s you buying price Details: iPhone 12 eBay fees: List Fee, Selling Fee and a transaction fee ( lol what a joke, but look those up and add the percetages up and subtract it from 100 ) Add Shipping or have the seller pay for shipping ( but free shipping is usually a good idea ) Your Profit Math: Iphone Sells for 400 Ebay fee is 13% Shipping is $12 And I want to make $40 That means you need to buy the phone for $296 to make the profit you want my My advice: try to sell on facebook before you do any ebay selling, to maximixe profits, and remember you’ll have to charge people taxes, and pay taxes so keep track of your purchase price and resell and all your fees Thirftstore Sales: Good Will, Red Cross and garage sale If you go on ebay, you’ll see people selling clothes, to collectable items and more Going to good and all of these places can be profitable and then reselling things Just make sure to print out your own labels because eventually it’ll become really time consuming to go and do lines at post office. Same idea with the Phones: Do your research and only buy things that have been reselling But if you something that sold a year ago, and 100 of them on the market, that’s not a good sign Furniture Flipping I have not done this yet, because I’m not that good with building things But you can buy furniture on the market place and then fix it up and resell for a good price on Facebook I’ve seen a girl go from a 40 cabinet to $300 resell price. However: This requires hours of work And materials And skills However: You can use Pinterest for ideas YouTube for learning Facebook for sales Home Depot and lows or whoever is cheapest for materials * PRO TIP* INFORMATION IS EVERYTHING ????1 on 1 Talk + My Budget + Stock Investments???? https://www.patreon.com/tommybryson ????Merch???? https://teespring.com/stores/tommybryson ✅2 FREE AUDIOBOOKS✅ https://amzn.to/2Enayo8¬¬¬ ????M1 FINANCE $10???? https://m1.finance/37SHd4241z-N ????ACORN FREE $5????
