1. Audible

-I spent about 2-4 hours a day on a commute

-And I spent this time listing to music, watching YouTube videos and doing normal stuff like everyone else

-And guess what I was like everyone else, I knew about the new songs, new shows and so on

However: I then replaced that with audible

-4 hours of reading a day, meant i would devour a book

-I would read 2-3 books per week and learn so much

-In one week i read more books than i read in a lifetime

Here is my advice:

-during passive activities read audio books

-It cost $15 bucks a month but its worth it

Poor excuse:

-I don’t remember what i read

-Who cares, read it again and again and again

-You will get better, and it’s better to barely remember a book than to fully remember a dumb song

2. iBooks

– iBooks, kindle, pdfs or the classic books are all solid options

– Take 15m out of your day and read, and add 5minutes extra every other week

– By week 10 you will be reading more than 1 hour per day

Reading is so important

-it’ s literally learning how to solve something it someone a ton of work to to figure out

Poor excuse:

– book are boring, read fun ones

-Reading make me fall asleep, get used to it

– I can’t afford, join a library

3. Spotify

-focus

-Music

-Happy

I deleted social media:

-Because I rather spend my idle time in silence and listing to beats and music

Lessons:

-reading is fun, and its important but learning to much is not good

-You need to give your mind a break to make mental connections

-This is why i like taking time to do absolutely nothing
