Now I’ll be the first to tell you, that picking job based on money alone Is a bad idea, its like picking who you marry just on looks, it’ll workout first two years until you come to find out the reality of who that person really is.

But that doesn’t mean you have to follow your passion and end up living in a box, because a job isnt about love but its about doing something you like, your good at and can make you a fair amount of money. It’s a good balance.

So although I could make this video, and just talk about medicine and computer programing job, I’ll only talk about jobs that earn above 70k year. Studies show, that once you earn above 70, earning more will not make you happier.

And all these jobs will take less than 4 years. They are all average and seem boring, because they are achievable

Truck Driver

National aveage salary $69k a little below the 70k mark but can be as high as 140k with a class A license

I personally wouldn’t work this job, its hard job on family life but everyone is different

I have a cousing that started out as a barber and now this is what he does for me, and he enjoys it

With a Class A license you can drive:

Tractor-trailers

Truck and trailer combinations

Tank vehicles Livestock carriers

Time:

It can take you between 3-6 months to actually get a license

And although you probably wont start with the highest paying job

It’ll still be relatively high

Data Analyst

These people grab data and interpret it, its that simple they give meaning to all the information and all the numbers

The national average is about $75,595 per year

This obviosuly an office job, but because of the nature of it, its also a work from home job potentially

Where could you work:

Hospitals

Corporate companies like Abercrombie and Fitch

Where there is data, some needs to interpret it

Time:

A lot of the jobs that I saw requeire a bachelours degree, with an express program that could be 3 years potentially

Bt some jobs do not requiere all that, so do your research

HVAC Technician

You’ll be most likely starting out in the 40s but you can go up as high 80-100k, once you become a senior technicion

What do you do:

You work on both instanlling, maintening and repairing Heating, ventiliation and air conditioning systems

Time:

It can take anywhere from 6 months to 3 years depending on the program you take and your availability

Dental Hygienist

A lot of the times people think they have to go all the way, but sometimes just doing the basics can make you moer than enough, this jobs avearge is almost about 80k a year

What you’ll be doing:

Clean teeth

Take x-rays

Help patients with treatment plans

Time:

You can get a associated in dental hygiene and some go for a bachelors but its not mandatory

Then you need to get license by passing the exam RDH

Then you can start researching for different jobs

So youre looking at around 3 years

Elevator Technician

The average is about 57k but some states like new york can pay upwards to 75-75k

You would obviously need to live somewhere with elevators lol

Time:

You will usually need a 4 year apprenticeship
