The unique success stems from consistency, self-marketing, but perhaps above all, a deep understanding of the customer being served. That’s translated into on-brand album covers and now, a multitude of product lines — including Uncle P (rice, pancakes), Icon Noodles, and Master Clean Life (household cleaning). Master P’s companies have modeled the way for how other minority-owned businesses can compete with more established, “traditional” corporations.
