If you are a small youtuber trying to get started on YouTube and you’re frustrated because you want to grow a YouTube channel you need to put things in perspective and treat it like a sport. It’s not an accident that Mr Beast or PewDiePie got 1 Million YouTube subscribers or even 10 Million or 100 Million Subscribers. And it wasn’t dumb luck.

Getting more views and subscribers can feel hard, but you can grow on YouTube if you focus on getting better instead of getting big. An audience is earned, not something you’re entitled to.
