I found 10 jobs that are still highly in demand and don’t need a college degree.

1. Real Estate Degree ( whether it’s a seller’s market or a buyings market, you’ll still be in demand)
– I recommend taking some courses on sales though and negotiations
– A lot of people think they are bad at sales, but it’s hard to be good at something without ever doing It

2. Truck Drivers
– I have a client and he owns his own truck and his trying to get his second one to put it to work ( and they basically split the profits down the middle even though you’re not actually working )
– And I know about the self-driving trucks but we’re still a while from that fully being used.
Joke: Day Trading stocks ( lol just kidding but if anyone says that, remember that 80% of them lose money)

3. Constructions
– One of my clients works on construction here in the City also, and at first, the job slowed down, but once they were considered essential, then he went back to making money
– Now with this job, you can work with someone else company, create your own or work on side hustles/small jobs

4. Shopify Dropshipping or Creating your own Products
– Although you don’t need a degree, the quickest way to lose your money is by thinking you can do this without a course
– So before trying to take a course on it
– The idea is that you don’t spend money on Products but you will on advertising

5. Upwork on Fiverr
– These are two of the most popular website when it comes to freelancing online and I recommend you sign up for both
– Whatever skill you have you can offer up here

6. Job Broker
– Remember the Fiverr jobs and Upwork, they usually pay a lot of money
– However you might not know how to do it, so you can also be a broker
– Thiers this website called Onlinejob.ph where you can go and hire people from the Philippines, pay them the average rate of $3-5 and sell that skill for $10-60.

7. Self Studied Software Engineer
– Thiers actually this great channel, by a young lady that makes a little over 200k and self-studied to become a software engineer
– But before you go, remember that this is difficult but definitely worth it if it interests you

Joke: start an Only Fans lol jk ( the things people do)

8. Surveillance Technician ( certified )
– You’ll be the person installing cameras and you can work for a surveillance company
– You’ll to understand computer and also have an ability to repair the hardware
– Can pay ou a little 38k – 54k and beyond.

9. Start a Business
– Theirs a great book on this, 100 side hustles by Chris Guillebeau
– Ideas from selling candles, all the way to starting a photography business or even youtube
– But overall the idea is to look for 3 things: Something you like doing, Something you’re good at doing, and something that pays you money

10. Youtube/Social Media ( Value Influencers)
– Remember the easier it is for someone to do it the more competition you’ll have
– SO if you have a skill, don’t be afraid to make videos about that skill and teaching people how to do
– Notice youtube is filled now, with accountants like myself, Real estate people like Kevin and Graham and a lot of different people
( whatever skill it is, even making music, GO DO It)
