The building comprises a lower ground level area with a drop-off zone, parking area, offices, meeting rooms, ablutions, and stores in addition to a reception and security area. The modular units (MU) are situated on the ground floor and first floor levels. The roof level comprises an area suitable for the placement of generators and air-conditioning condenser units servicing the requirements of both the Modular Data Halls as well as the Modular Units. The external areas comprise two levels: a ground floor circulation and loading area and a ramped area servicing the lower ground amenities. The future expansion will allow for a total IT capacity of 5MW. Further construction is to commence in 2022.
