The Fourth Annual Black Business Expo Tallahassee takes place at noon Feb. 22, 2025, at The Moon. The event is sponsored by the Tallahassee Leon County Office of Economic Vitality and Mega Ace Media.

Local entrepreneurs can learn about resources aimed at helping minority-owned businesses at the Fourth Annual Black Business Expo this weekend.

The networking event is designed for entrepreneurs and residents interested in launching their business ideas. It takes place noon Feb. 22 at The Moon, 1105 E. Lafayette St.

In addition, $15,000 in grants will be given away to small businesses at the event. A total of $50,000 in grants have been distributed since the expo’s inception.

“The Black Business Expo Tallahassee provides the ultimate opportunity for you to expand your business, attain partnerships and learn additional skills to enhance your business,” said Vaughn Wilson, the event coordinator and founder of Mega Ace Media. “This year will be bigger and better.”

This year’s expo is presented by the Tallahassee-Leon County Office of Economic Vitality and Mega Ace Media. It’s supported by the Big Bend Minority Chamber of Commerce, the Capital City Chamber of Commerce and the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce.
